ARIAMemorial.com is a private website. It is privately owned and operated by Randy L. Losey as a memorial. It is not a government website and is not operated by, affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Air Force, the Department of Defense, NASA or any other government agency.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ARIAMemorial.com and its pages (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site is a memorial to the crew members and passengers of ARIA 61-0328, who perished on May 6, 1981, and to their families. It is offered for personal, non-commercial remembrance and informational use. Please treat its content with the respect due to those it honors.
2. Who may use the Site
Restricted users. You are not permitted to access or use the Site if you are subject to any law, regulation, rule, policy or directive of a government agency, including the agency that employs you or that you act for, that prohibits or restricts your access to or use of a privately operated website such as this one, or if your access or use would violate any such law or restriction. Persons acting on behalf of a government agency whose laws or restrictions prohibit such use are not permitted to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that no such law or restriction prohibits your use. You are solely responsible for knowing and following the rules that apply to you.
You may not use the Site in violation of United States export control or sanctions laws, or if you are a person or are located in a country with whom such dealings are prohibited by those laws.

The Site's original text, design, layout and code, the memorial video and the personal photographs of Randy L. Losey are owned by Randy L. Public-domain photographs are credited on the Image Credits page. Names, insignia and emblems of government agencies belong to those agencies and are used only for identification and remembrance; their appearance does not imply endorsement.
4. Respectful use
You agree not to use the names, images or content of the Site in any way that is disrespectful to those memorialized or their families, misleading, defamatory, or for any commercial purpose. You also agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Site or its hosting, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its servers, scrape or mirror the Site, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

The Site links to other websites, including FlyARIA.com, WorldSpaceLaunch.com and government sources. Those websites have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content or availability.
